Jen Naye Herrmann

Brand Marketing & Strategy Expert

I’m a ‘40 under 40’ corporate brand marketer turned entrepreneur. I opted to launch my solo business journey with motherhood four years ago, which might’ve been my craziest idea. Four years later, I now have two kids and two businesses.

  • While it was messy, it’s helped me to best understand how women (and specifically moms) can build successful businesses with kids (quite literally) hanging off of them. I’m known as the numbers gal in our crew because I love a good ‘ol excel equation to organize a project.

    When I’m not working, you can often find me walking near the beach in the North Shore because I like to claim I’ve moved to a beach town and not the ‘burbs. I’m immensely passionate about building more women in the workplace from the comfort of their home. I’m a big believer that if your work life jives with your home life, you’ll be more successful and happier. You can have it all - it just depends on what you want, how focused you can be, what day of the week it is, and how much coffee you can consume.

As we’ve grown our agency over the past few years, we have been grounded in a passion to help other entrepreneurs “skip” the years of struggle and not make the same mistakes we did.

  • I am a mom of 2 boys and the co-founder of The Marketing Greenhouse, a multi-6-figure marketing agency that I started in March 2020 (lol) with Jen Naye. I also work as a content creator, and previously built a successful e-commerce based swimwear company from the ground up.

    TMG collective is a community that adds immense value while purposefully accessible to entrepreneurs just starting out. We had the idea that if we can all contribute together, we can add four times the value and keep the price fair and attainable.

That elusive “this was always meant to be mine” feeling? I believe that’s what the right words can inspire in your followers, clients and customers. 

  • Previously a staff writer and social media director at The Everygirl, I’ve been writing in the lifestyle and design space for the last decade, and have crafted copy for brands like Splendid LA, ABC Home and Lee Denim, in addition to new, emerging small businesses.

    You and I already know that what you bring to the table is exactly what they’ve been looking for—my mission is to use high level brand strategy and genuine connection to help them see that for themselves.

    I was born in Houston, raised in Baltimore, and left my heart in Chicago. I currently live on the South Island of New Zealand with my British boyfriend and staffy lab mix, Nora [Ephron].

Kelly Etz

Designer & Web development expert

I work with brands to create a strategic visual language that upholds their mission and connects them with the people who’ve been looking for them all along.

  • I’m a Midwest-based designer, writer, perpetual homebody, and Gilmore Girls historian. I take tons of cream in my coffee, get my best work done after midnight, and spend way too much money on fancy shampoo.

    Previously the senior graphic designer and online course director at The Everygirl, I’ve been working in design and editorial for over 10 years, with experience in every aspect of the biz—from hand-lettering and illustration to designing for engagement in everything from Photoshop to Canva to Illustrator, to custom coding for website build-outs and product launches.
